5 Tracks Black Coffee Can’t Stop Playing

South African DJ/Producer Black Coffee has always been one of the most respected figures within the genre of Afropolitan House Music. He has been everywhere in the last few years and 2017 has been his biggest year to date. The selector who hails from Durban in South Africa has been locked in for a Saturday night residency in Ibiza’s newest Superclub, Hï Ibiza.

Having been at the helm of hundreds upon hundreds of dancefloors the world over, Black Coffee certainly knows a thing or two about how to set them on fire, so this gave us an idea.

Here are our 5 favourite tracks from Black Coffee’s sets and they all have a piece of something special!

C Minor – Behind The Clouds (Enoo Napa Afro mix)
Words do no justice for this piece. Enoo Napa’s remixes feature heavily throughout Black Coffee’s sets and this is by far our favourite.

Memorial Day 7Options, Soulholic
This gem from MoBlack Records has a sinister feel to it and we love it! Much like every track in Black coffee’s sets, you can’t help but move.

Dele Sosimi & Afrobeat OrchestraToo Much Information (Laolu Remix)
This masterpiece from Innervisions took the house music scene by storm, not only in South Africa but the world over upon its release at the end of 2015. A track with plenty of soul and feeling, the Black Coffee special!

Guy Gerber & Dixon No Distance
Released on Guy Gerber’s label, Rumors, the israeli producer teamed up with the world’s number one DJ, Dixon, for this hypnotic and immersive track. A masterclass in music with feeling.

Dario D’Attis Feat. Lisa Shaw All Over Again (Rocco Deep Mix)
Smooth vocals accompanied by soft melodies. Very little has to be said about this track. Sit back, relax and zone out.
